Picking OCD

I pick my head until it bleeds. Does anyone have a good strategy to stop this? I don't know if, when it gets bad, I should take my clonazepam or not.

I always scratch my scalp. Like alot. And I started doing it because my mom would and I just picked it up from her I guess. I don't really know when to stop besides when it starts to hurt too much
