Does anyone get a weird discomfort pain in the middle of the chest?

I have had a sore tight chest with shortness of breath for about 3 days now. It started when I was having heart flutters and now it is just sore.
It is not a comfortable feeling, but it will subside in a few days. I always get it when my anxiety is at high levels.

I think a lot of it might be the pollen and humidity too....just a thought...

I don't think I have ever had a pain in the middle of my chest, just an overall tightness like talked in other threat about shortness of breath.

If your Dr has ruled out anything wrong with your chest, then it could again be connected to panic attacks/anxiety.

Horrible to have.

I sometimes get chest discomfort, but the whole belly breathing makes it pretty much instantly go away.

I'm dealing with feeling like I have something lodged in my throat, however... Haven't found a way to make it go away, but I'm working on it.
