Hi,I didn't take any for 3 days then I took one earlier,now I feel rubbish!!!!!!shaking,and I can't get to sleep,anybody got any ideas?!!

Propalanol didn't work for me. They just slowed down my heart so much I thought it was gonna stop :-(
