Do you look other drivers when you are waiting for green light?

I find it hard to look other drivers during red light.I push my self to look but i don't feel comfortable and i feel like they are my enemy and will fight soon.Btw i have violent thoughts very often during day.

It's called FIGHT or flight for a reason! I get aggressive impulses, too. Just gotta rule your own thoughts and try to think rationally.
