question on chest aches and pains

ive had this issue for a year or so now i know i am an anxious person and i do worry and focus on my chest everyday. i notice that if i stretch or reach a certain way i feel aches and pains in my chest and when i stop it doesnt hurt so bad, i also have really bad posture aswell so that may not be helping. just wondered peoples thoughts as i still think it could be heart but i am 24 had 3 ekgs and blood tests all was normal. so would this just be muscle aches and pains as i notice them worse when i reach,twist and stretch certain ways?
