My blood pressure.

So today I went to my local drug store and took my bp... first reading was 146/88 ... so I was like wow too high for me to leave. So I did it again. Well I noticed that my shirt was in THE way so I moved it... took test again and it was 125/75... that's a big difference.. do u think that my shirt altered the first reading???

Mines always way higher than that. 140/80 is low for me. Lol.

I wonder if it's normal to fluctuate like that though. Maybe a false reading.. 146/88 to 125/75 weird..

Hmm. Did you get light headed or anything ?

No felt fine... but I was walking and sat down took it.. waited a few min took it again.. and when I got the high reading my shirt was in the cuff.. second time I did it , I lifted my shirt sleeve up.. idk if that would make a difference

Yes, it can. Also, you were standing and walking around, then sat and waited, both of which can alter your bp. Please keep in mind that neither reading was bad.
