Hi I've been on lexapro since nov. started on 10mg then went to 15 and stayed there about 4-5 months before going back to 10mg. I was doing well at that level so after about 3 months I went to 5 mg yesterday. So far no noticeable changes.
My question is that enough of a dose to do anything? I would like to get of fit completely but am in no rush and the drug has helped me so very much.

It's definitely a noticeable difference, I recently tapered down from 40mg to 35mg, then accidently ran out and didnt take them for a week, now I went back up on 35mg. I've felt a little bit of change, but I can't really identify whether its bad or not. Even a 5mg difference change me a lot, I have a lot more emotion, especially anger, which was hard to feel on Lexapro, I feel much more testoterone packed and angry... feels good though.

I think it just depends on your body. For me, 5mg made a huge difference when I first started taking it, but eventually had to move to 10mg because it wasn't working as well for me. But if the 5mg is working for you, then no need to go higher.
