help?

my left upper arms really sore wen I move it! it doesn't always happen but it just comes on when I move my arm or go to sit up or something :/ I do carry my son on my left side but don't no if its that.. it started last weekend it really hurt.. but then my other arm started hurting too :/ then it went away and come back again today.. any one think they no what it could be or any help!?

also I do get shortness of breathe and chest pain but I've had them both for a while so it's scary ://
