I know right. Hah. I actually slept well! I'm having dreams again finally. But I still feel really ill and weak 24/7

Had a few beers at a wedding tonight. Went to bed at 11:30 and woke up at 2:00 with pounding heart beat and panic. I know it's because I drank. So mad at myself! Now I'm suffwring

That's one of the reason I stop drinking because the next day I though I was going to die

Hmmm. My doctor said I was good on my vitamins. A little low on potassium but I've been eating plenty of bananas and spinach and stuff. As for dreams. Lol. They are pleasant. I'm just happy to be able to remember any of them!
