After 3 years being off Meds my anxiety and panic has returned ten fold. I'm a GAD SAD panic with agorophobia sufferer. I started 20 Mg 5 weeks ago and have experienced maybe 30% releif. I dont remember it taking this long last time. If anyone can give me a time frame?? I'm at the end of my rope and am tired of living in my bubble. I take it at night with dinner. I feel great in the later afternoon and all evening but the mornings and afternoonsxare terrible. I sm sleeping very well.

Usually meds take up to 3 to 6 weeks to start working. Give it some more time. Since you say you've only been taking it for a few days and feel 30% better, I'm pretty sure in time you'll feel a lot better. Good luck : )

Oops idk where I read few days. Its been 5 weeks? Still give it time. If it worked before , it should work again.
