I know its easier said than done but we gotta try not to feed our own anxieties by thinking to much....I've been actually been yelling out loud when I'm alone lol if I start to feel anxious or sick or panicky I yell NOPE NOT DOING IT....lol sounds funny but sometimes it works. Just like if I tell myself over and over in my head its anxiety nothong is wrong instead of looking for pain and panic to get worse.....it doesn't stop it instantly but it sure helps from getting worse. I knowwwwww we always aren't able to not react to our bodies reactions but we are stronger than we think....we all know to come here right? ...we know when to talk about it....we need to also talk to ourselves....
