Has anyone here ever tried to exercise but couldn't finish because of a panic attack?

I tried to exercise by going on the treadmill the other days and all of sudden I started getting dizzy, I felt a hot rush through my body, started sweating and I had to stop.

I want to get back to exercising but this stupid anxiety panic disorder is not letting me...

Anyone here with a similar story?

Any time I try to exert myself, I tend to get anxiety feelings and panic moments. It's more about the worry of what could happen than what is happening.

Try to work yourself up to a normal workout. Maybe do 10 minutes one day, 15 the next, etc. You'll get there, don't worry!
