Caffeine buzz

So I drank a cup of coffee today from someplace i never went before and I swear the amount of caffeine in it is making me a nervous wreck! I feel so shaky and have a trembling feeling inside that I can't shake. I checked my resting heart rate and it's 72 so I know it's not a panic attack but I feel like I might have one if this shaky feeling doesn't go away. Gonna try to run it off at the gym :(

Happens to me too. That's why I had to quit drinking coffee :/ Even though I love the taste and smell of coffee, I can't drink it at all anymore. I get really shaky and just hyper. I'd advice you to never drink coffee again. Even tea can do that to you since it has caffeine.
