I'm currently dealing with chest discomfort going on 3 days now... And yes I get sharp brief stabbing pains where I can feel my heart beat.

Yea its the worst ever i rather have something else then this...yea it feels like a heart attack coming on damn..are there any excersise to release it or calm down? Always scare im gonna just drop dead ughh u guys think like that too? Hope im not the only one..thanks for the support guys!!
