View Full Version : Feel like my brain is swimming
My head symptoms drive me mad. They are so hard to describe but it kinda feels like my brain is swimming and I feel spaced out, feel like I can't walk straight (but I do) and just feel not right.
I just wish it would go away :(

Do you mean that you feel like you're on a boat?
Yes it can feel like that but mostly this weird spaced out feeling

That could be a problem with your ears. Weird spacing out feeling?

Go to the doctors as you might need the epley maneuver google it as it won't let me post a link to it on here.
Can be very common and some if your symptoms could be it x
I had my ears tested and went to an ENT surgeon who said they were fine. I wish it was a quick fix problem :(

Have you tried meds? What effect does a benzodiazepine have on your head symptoms?

My head was feeling super weird a moment ago. It made my body go numb and weak. And it felt really heavy above the back of my neck in my head and it was kinda pressurey

No I haven't taken any meds. I'm desperately trying not to as I want to get pregnant

Sounds like depersonalization to me....I experience it a lot, especially when my anxiety is high. Check it out...best of luck

Make sure your head is right before becoming pregnant its increases anxiety and may get worse once you have the baby , ever since I have had mine its through the roof

I already have a 3 year old. My anxiety disorder started after I had a miscarriage 12 months ago.

You do not have to take benzos daily. They can be taken as needed (like when your symptoms are worst). Antidepressants need to be taken daily.

Really scared. I keep waking up and I see a bunch of big black things flying around! It was worse than the day before. And my right side of my body was numb. I slept on my back. I'm really scared. I was having a weird throbbing feeling in the back of my head.

maybe you need a doctors appointment to get physically checked out.

I can't see a doctor. I'm under 18 and not living with my parents. I tried to make an appointment yesterday and they wouldn't let me without consent. I live 500 miles away from my parents and I can't get them to sign the paperwork and fax it to the clinic. I'm literally helpless with this and I'm so scared.

Can't you get into like a free health clinic ran by the state?

You can do this because that's what I did here in Florida. It'll take some searching.

I'm living in a really small town in Alaska. There's only one clinic any the will not accept me without a consent forum. My only other option it to fly out to a bigger city with a hospital if I want to get checked.

Hmmm. I'd do some searching there might be other options they didn't care to tell you. There's always a way around things.
