Does anyone here feel everyday of there lifes feel like something gonna happen and you will die ..plus when you hear young people pasting damnn i been trying to get rid of this anxiety and now i worry about dying ughh please hope some u's feel like this too

Yeah. Everyday. It sucks. But I'm finally going to a doctor tomorrow to get a full check up!

Yea i did that hun full blood work..cardio sono gram,stress test..neuro brain MRI..all back normal..that was 3 months ago ...and i still feel like this ughhh

Well at least you know it's anxiety! I can't wait to get checked up tomorrow and know if I have just anxiety. I haven't had the opportunity to have medical. So I'm so excited

I know hun its so scary tho when you hear young people die ughh its messing me up i dunno what to do im goin out my mind!! But good luck too you everything should be okay
