going to lose it

Coming off effexor... was at 225, went down to 175 And did okay then went down to 75 mg for ten days and was doing good until the eighth day started feeling dizzy, light headed, flu like symptoms. Today I was suppose to go down to 35.7 mg, but was sleeping all day due to working nights and couldn't take it till 8pm. Not sure if that why but all day I've been feeling horrible... severe headache, dizziness, chills, weak, zap like feelings where I get a rush through my body and almost hope I pass out cuz its so uncomfortable. So sick to my stomach. Because I felt so bad I kust took another 35.7 mg hoping ill feel better.. Typing is even hard. Thinking is hard. How am I suppose to live a life normally and get off these damn pills when I feel like this?

Some people Are sensitive getting off those medicines. You might want reduce your dose every two to three weeks. I had those crying spells once. It was a weird sensation.

I was told effexor is really hard to come off but I'd never had a hard time coming off other meds before. This is hell!
