This evening I have been chilled heart rate low but have had palps and even after the palps heart rate has stayed low does this mean its not panic?? Are the palps more serious maybe ?

I was with friends when it was happening so I couldn't freak out but now they have gone in worried its not normal because my heart isnt racing which means I'm not panic

I've learned not to panic every time I get em. I'm usually able to conceal better around friends also. :-)
