With your pains you feel with anxiety, are they spurts of sharp pains? Or soreness? Or what. Because I get spurts of sharp pains. In my neck a lot. Hmmm. Tell me your pains.

sharp pains in my chest for a few secs can be dull pains too. numb and tingly arms :( I get random sharp pains everywhere

I never notice anything like that I notice my head kind of sways tho wen I close my eyes to try sleep

Mine too. And I get these weird dark spots in my eyes when I wake up. They like float around it freaks the hell out of me.
