Hello, I am new to the forum. =] I have been dealing with anxiety for over a year now. I guess my other tidbit for introduction is that I am currently studying to become a psychologist myself.
How is everyone?

Ps:
I mainly suffer from generalized anxiety, panic attacks, relationship anxiety and OCD.
