I have been feeling "off balance", dizzy, vertigo, whatever you want to call it. When I stand up I feel like the floor is moving up and down, sometimes I feel like the walls are moving back and forth. My Dr is thinking it is my inner ear, as I have had problems in the past. I have been dealing with this for about a month, thinking it was all just anxiety (as I was overwhelmed with some personal situations) but the feeling has yet to subside. I was prescribed Betahistine to see if that would help ease the dizziness, although I am scared to take it and I was wondering if anyone else has taken them?
