I have been worse in my struggle with my anxiety and I am actually on the road to recovery. But certain moments remind me of not being in controll over it.
Yesterday my boyfriend ate fish and fish is one of those things that get my anxious still (I suffer from being scared of allergic reactions from fish/nuts/herbs) So I made him wash his hands and mouth before giving me a kiss.
I don't want to but I can't prevent it really. The fear is just to great.
My boyfriend has been great with this though and never complains, I wonder though in how far things can go and if there is a time limit. I don't want to loose him over this.
