Hi,

I've had panic attacks for almost a year. but I had a good few months without it. This is one is the worse yet, its been two months. I see my panic attacks becoming less frequent and less intense because i spent the last 2 months researching and find out ways to get over it.

Going over my panic attacks journal i noticed that my panic attacks comes on on the drive to work which has always been stressful for me, it takes me 1 hour and a half to and from work in serious traffic.

I then found a closer job because I hope this is what the stress is in my life. I start this job in four weeks and I hope this anxiety will be to a manageable level.

I'm hoping to start new, anxiety free. Hopefully.

I do have set backs and sometimes feel like i'm back to square one. I'm not as motivated as I was before. I have health anxiety, that is the only disorder the psychiatrist diagnosed me with since I'm in the healthcare field.

Does anyone have any advice to help me move on with this anxiety crap? Its really affecting my life. I'm not as happy as I used to be because in the back of my mind Anxiety scares me.
