That's what I usually do too!! Everything and anything to keep my mind off of my feelings of weakness and numbness and feeling like my heart isn't beating!!!! Ugh!!!

Just try not think about it :) just think if you've Had this before and got through it you can again!! X

Yeah i try to!! I think me weakness gets extra worse whilst I'm on my period. Which is weird because I know I'm not anemic. I got blood tests done and the only thing wrong was my potassium levels were below average
