Hi,just wondered what people's resting heart rate is??mine was below 60,wasn't stressing until I did it and now I am!!!!!

my resting heart rate varies from mid to high 50s to high 60s.depends how relaxed or worked up i am.the main thing is its beating so we know were good.i wouldn check my hart rate to much it csn kinda become an obsession or another trigger for our panicks
