No it is not... It's so strange that I'm like hot on the inside . And as of right now I'm struggling with the tight throat feeling :/

Some years back I had a new symptom that frightened me so much but dctr sed it was severe anxiety ( I only get it now / then now tho ) .... It was like someone had literally put a match inside ov me and my insides were on fire , I've never felt nothing like it b4.. The heat / burning would then rush up to my chest / up my arms and up to my face.

I had it once start in my head and go down all the way to my feet..... The one most recently I felt it in my stomach

With me it's always started in my stomach.... I can't remember feeling dizzy with that but I do get an off- balance feeling a lot and my heart races etc then I start to panic even more

Had that same thing, went to the hospital, it was so bad. Felt I was on fire inside. Said it was anxiety. Still get minor versions of it too

Did you get dizzy or have you had dizziness with your anxiety?

Dizziness is one of the biggest problems I have, but with that incident, I wasn't dizzy

Will you get dizzy even when your having a good day? Like when your not really super anxious

Sure, it's what tries to ruin my good day. I can just turn my head to the right and get dizzy. It's rather annoying

And it's caused by anxiety?

And it's caused by anxiety?

Yeah, I'd say so. Never had it before my first panic attack . It's been a year and a half now

I used to get this feeling like my head was on fire all the time. I even went to the ER once for it. All was fine. Every once in a while I get the fire feeling in my upper stomach and it spreads to my chest. Then the anxiety really sets in until I remember I've felt this before and it starts to calm down. Feel better!

I can only imagine so. The docs said it was most likely anxiety since nothing else is wrong. It always goes away after a few minutes to hours.

Dizziness is and always has been my main symptom. I get it all the time even when not feeling anxious. I also get this weird spaced out feeling and I feel like I'm totally off balance and will collapse at any moment. I used to react to this and all day long I would feel as though I was going to faint.
I am slowly learning to control my responses to all the physical symptoms but that's taken me 18 months or more. It sucks
