Im tired of being scared!

I'm tired of being afraid my every pain i have and thinking I'm going to die. My nerves are shot! I can't think or talk about anything other than what could be wrong with me. These head pains are terrible. I tryed taking my medicine which helped for a little bit now they're back. Slept for 6 hours and that helped for about an hour. I even went to the er, and all they said was I have migraines. But these don't feel like migraines. It feels like a million little needles in my scalp. And I'm about to the point of depression were I don't think I care what's wrong with me anymore. But I don't want to die either.
