I don't know if any of you get this (I'm assuming it's down to the anxiety!) but I feel cold almost constantly. My hands and feet are normally like ice and yet my face always feels hot to the touch.
I thought it might just be that the thermostat is low but the rest of the people in the house complain about being warm!
Yet if I walk anywhere (I tend to always have a jumper and a leather jacket even in summer and people look at me like I'm crazy,) I feel clammy and hot in minutes.
I also get overly warm in bed so I sleep with the window open to get a breeze on my face, but then feel frozen when I get out of bed.
Anyone elses internal temperature gauge totally buggered or is it just me? :P
