tight throat?

my throat always feels tight like it will just close up on me or someone is putting there hands around it ..it always feels so uncomfortable.... why is this?

I got this a lot for a while, and the more I would focus on it the worse it would feel. Haven't had it happen in quite a while, knock on wood, but I couldn't come up with any other cause for it besides anxiety. I've wondered if it could not be related to seasonal allergies, though.

I have it everyday, it's the worst. I had it really bad earlier this morning. I just try to ignore it and tell myself that it's just anxiety but its really hard to believe.

Yes it's so annoying I hate it :/ when it happens I focus on it and then my breathing and I feel as if I can't breath
