Have had a good day today anxiety pretty much 0!!! Laid on my sofa chilling relaxing and fucking double heart beat felt nice and clear sorry for my swearing but I really am through with these they get me worked up and panic me after and today I have felt lovely :'( :'(

They are getting worse because your allowing them to. Your fear towards them is enormous!! don't get me wrong, I know they are scary but we shouldn't focus on it too much.. keep your head up hun. Im here if you need to chat :)

It is hard to believe when they're happening mibe have started again tonight and im trying my best to ignore them but its so freaking hard, they are my scariest symptom I feel surey heart is gonna stop or something x
