what mg are people on a day and does it help?? Any side effects?

Helps if you feel on edge and feel the anxiety buliding up etc. Prevents the fight or flight kicking in full whack basically. DOn't worry about side effects. If you fixate on the side effects or read the leaflet it won't help at all because all you will do is panic constantly about it and no doubt start creating such symptoms.
