Why is it that when I eat bread my heart feels weak and jumpy and skips I have to throw up sometimes to feel better is this normal I'm scare to even eat bread now

I have an odd reaction to bread, too. Often I feel out of breath after eating it whicy I always found a bit odd. I've been told its a stress symptom to do with IBS or GERD. Murrr!

Yea I do suffer from gerd too acid reflux :/
