Deep breaths help me, I like to wash my face.. sometimes laying back down closing your eyes and resting a few more minutes will help u out.. it always does for me

Nobodies 100 bpm is nothing to b worried about.. try to relax.. It will go down shortly. I'm positive

As Lauren said, 100bpm is fine. Try and recognise the words u are using here. You are "worrying" about your heart rate, which is naturally going to sustain that worried heart rate of 100. You are fearing yourself.

How could u distract yourself now?

My pulse is fast im the morning to. I drink wayer and breath. I think mine does from memories of bad and stressful things upon waking. Need to retrain ourselves to wake up calm.

Sounds silly but I had a nightmare last night maybe it's to do with that? I am also pregnant. I'm now cleaning to distract myself

100 is actually considered a normal resting heart rate. It's at the top side of normal, but that's to be expected with anxiety. It sucks, i know. I woke with anxiety the other morning. You're doing exactly right staying busy. It will help burn off the adrenaline in your bloodstream.
