I want to know if anyone else gets anxious or cant sleep with the spouse working nights?? :(

Hi,I used to hate it when my partner was away with work for the night,I wouldn't sleep and get very panicky,even though my kids were with me.
I was very grateful that it was the odd night and not all the while.x

I used to leave the tv on all night on a low volume,and try and relax.I know that is easier said than done.
I used to ask my brother to come and stay while my partner was out.It was a matter of feeling safe for me.

Yeah it sucks how it feels to be alone.for me its because i have health problems that cause me to fear being alone at night!

Can't you ask a family member or friend to stay over when your spouse is out?

Yes but i feel like that just gives me a crutch i want to overcome the fear! :)

I understand,it is hard.I guess I would rather feel safe and have sleep than feeling like a zombie when I looking after my sons.:-)
