swelling on my shin bone

So, I've had an awful couple of days concerning my health anxiety and my body in general, really been SO hot and dizzy and freaked out. A couple of minutes ago I see that I have a swelling on my shin bone, like 3 cm long and 1,5 cm broad. Its sort of soft to touch and is a bit sore when I touch it. I have (or course!) googled it, but can't find anything but bone or soft tissue cancer, which doesn't help me. Has anyone experienced something like it? It is painless and normal color.

I'm freaking out again..

Whatever you do dont self diagnoise using google haha. makes things so much worse!
Go to the doctors and get it check out because that doesnt sound like anxiety related. Although the dizziness can be anxiety related i get that quite a lot
