Ringing in ears

Does anyone get ringing in there ears it comes on goes n sometimes last all day its freaking me out or is this a anxiety symptom? Can anyone relate?

Get this a lot!! they come and go! Really annoying and sometimes a little scared. I guess it's a Anxiety thing.

Sounds like tinnitus which is a harmless ringing you can get in your ear it comes worse with anxiety and its about training your brain to block it out! I work for a hearing company so know a lot about ears.

Didn't know that tends to be worse when quiet don't notice as much if in doing things was at the park today didn't notice it as much worse at night its like a high pitch sound

Try to get some meclizine. 25mg it's one tablet every 12hours.. It's chewable and it don't taste bad. the doc gave me that when I had Ear problems.. I think it should help.. but it gets you really drowsy..

I get a buzzing sensation myself.. scared me. .. but not one of my worst symptoms

I get this symptom from anxiety, too. Ringing in ear, sinus pressure and headache. It's actually one of the easier symptoms for me to ignore. The worst for me is the rapid heart beat. It amplifies my anxiety because I think there's something wrong with my heart, even though it's been tested.

For some reason I keep thinking it from a tumor or heart problem I took Ativan n feel a lil better

I agree with sharacel91 it sounds like tinnitus. I get this too. It's more noticeable when its quiet. I got bad anxiety over it too and it just made it worse. Just relax and I know it's hard but try not to think of it and will it occur less often. It no tumor don't worry
