is it the same for everyone that when they no they have to be somewhere or arrange to go somewhere there heart starts racing like mad and feel sick but once they get the we're they need/want to be they feel ok again? :/ I'm always like this

I get like this too. Sometimes the fear persists when I've arrived at my destination though.
