Well that makes me feel better my dr is changing me from Lexapro to Zoloft so I'm hoping the transition won't be to hard! & I'm hoping it fixes this bloody anxiety lol. Did you have many side effects?

Zoloft is very good for anxiety and depression. It is indicated by guidelines as first line treatment in anxiety, GAD, OCd, etc.

Also, lots of clinical trials proving its efficacy. :)

This medication is good. I took it for about an year and although it took away the anxiety it made me tired. I noticed almost no change in my mood(no improvement in depression).

Well these all sound positive. So I'm hoping it will be as effective for me as it has been for use!
