Hows everyone doing today?

Im doing a little better today still have these damn pains on my head and left side by my heart discomfort does anyone feel like this? Im trying hard to let this anxiety go i could be happy for hours then im not worry about anything then i get this discomfort and a little pain by my heart like something bad gonna happen ughhh does anyone feel like that? And why does that happen if ur trying to block it out?

I always get the pain it's under my left breast.. it's on and off all day every day. it'll go away for a few days then it just comes back :/ is that yours too? are you on any meds x

No i took it for two days and felt like i could do it on my own yea the pain on my left side its suks the whole area and the funny part is i felt like this after i had the full blown panic attack and it wont go away
