Anxiety??

Why anxiety one day you feel fine.. No headache,dizzy,chest discomfort,heart palps, etc.. The next thing you know your back to the same crap :/ it's really annoying!!

I can't wait till I have one day when I am not feeling anxious. I just want to be able to feel calm. Not emotionless like how I used to feel when I was on my first meds but just a natural calm. I miss that very much and took those days for granted. But tomorrows always a new day and a chance for it to get better!
