Sore arm

So all of a sudden I have a dull ache in my left arm and its getting me really worried its something bad its come on all off a sudden?!?? Can anyone relate?

Hello i get pain in my left arm i always paniced but i was told anxiety brings on aches and pains even when you arnt worrying i get it in my arm alot and my leg both left side xoxo

Same here.. I get left arm pain. I notice I also get left side pain from toes to head.. :/

Anxiety is a really werid thing, its amazing how it can put you in so much pain, these past to years ive suffered and the amount of times ive been in pain is unbelievable, i get what you worried about even tho i know the pain is course by anxiety i can seem to stop panicing, your mind is a strange thing, i totally get you tho hun, get well soon xo
