tried asmr videos now i'm panicking

Okay so a freind of mine who also gets panic attacks suggested ASMR videos to me he said they helped him clear his thoughts and fall asleep.I had no idea what it was i was warned that some people found the videos weird and creepy.

You are fine.......people who are crazy don't know that they are crazy....seriously.

I think you probably got worried because of what you had heard other people saying beforehand, that they could be creepy, etc.

Just don't go there again if it really freaked you out that much.
