It started today after going to my friends mothers funeral. Been thinking about the thought of death, not just mine but everyone that I am close to and feeling depressed. Almost breaking down in tears a few times today when thinking about it. Now starting to get anxiety symptoms which are not helping.
I think I need to find somewhere quiet and ball my eyes out and get these emotions out.

Sorry to hear that man.. That's why I usually try to avoid hospitals and funerals because I get depressed and start feeling scare, sad. I guess the best thing is for you to let all your emotions out.. go to your room or wherever u feel comfortable and if u have to cry, do so.. I know how that goes.
