can you get heartburn without eating? just had a burning feeling in centre of chest but haven't ate anything and only for a minute or so :/

Anxiety can cause heartburn and acid reflux symptoms.

Every time I get over anxious, this happens to me too

Yeah, it's not that bad. I think it's a chance an attack could happen, but your blowin it off

Def anxiety .. That was a new symptom I started getting a few years back and freaked me out until dctr told me what it was .. Only way I kan describe it is , it was like someone had thrown a match inside me and my insides were on fire , I would then get this rush ov heat up into my chest , arms and face ... It was horrible ... I used to keep gaviscon close by as this would help ease it a bit .... I only get occasionally now

Mine is like the match feeling, sent me to the hospital the first time. Now i just ignore it and it goes away

That's how I get it now sometimes just b4 I feel panic attack coming on
