Depends what I'm doing, but yes. Especially the few days after an episode. On a normal day, pretty much soon as I get home from work, for about four hours

Yes. I've had weeks where I had almost no respite from the anxiety.

That is the story of my life. Mine is caused by an extremely rough spot in my marriage but its daily. I've lost 10 lbs cause I can't eat. I can't sleep. I wish to be dead at times.

Yes, I do as well. It sucks because I will feel like my old self for a couple days, then become my anxiety self for a while. When it comes, it comes in waves. This site wont let me post links, but I found some interesting information on the way your posture, and pacifically your neck can pinch nerves and trigger your natural fight, or flight response.

Posture is key to being lightheaded.. Its true.. Muscles pinching a disc in your neck causes this...

I'm the evenings lately when I lay on the couch and I get up I get tunnel vision light headedness pretty intense. Haven't figured that out yet.
