fear of seizures :(

Hey guys I've been having anxiety for 2 months after smoking mariajuana like a idiot and lots of streess this year anyways I was wondering what's the likelyhood anxiety can cause seizures I need reassurance I'm afraid please help me cope witg this negative thought :(

I don't think anxiety can cause seizures at all. Seizures would be caused by a condition. Things like concussions I think have been known to cause a seizure in some way. But if you aren't epileptic, you shouldn't have a seizure. I heard there are different kinds of seizures though. Epileptic seizures are the scary looking ones. I don't know much about em but I believe anxiety isnt something that can cause one to happen

You should be fine man. Anxiety makes you worry about anything

All I take really is magnesium and b-complex man and St. John's wort. Look up this book by Claire Weekes called Hope and Help for Your Nerves and follow what she says in there.
