TELLING ME XANAX CAUSES SEZIORS?

im not sure how to spell seziors. ( sorry )
Ive tooken xanax for 7 years, To avoid Anxiety & pannic attacks, No Side affects.
How come i was Told, Long Term of Xanax CanCause Seziors & death In some? now Im pannicking even more.
Is that True?

Abrupt stoppage of any benzo including Xanaax can cause seizures but seldom death unless you are on a high dose and/or have other health problems.

While a slow taper may still cause many problems done correcly you will not seize.

ive been taking 1/ 2 mg for 7 years now,
I tried slowing down, i do have Fast heart beat/ no insurance.
Im going threw bad menopause To & i dont know if im bipolar/ or what, one doctor tells me this/ another doctor tells me that, pm me if you like, i fear of dying .
