hi I have suffered from panic disorder for 13 years I have tried every antidepressant there is and all have failed I have basically given up on a cure and tell myself this is something I have to deal with the rest of my life It would be nice to talk to someone who knows whwre I em coming from cant wait to talk

Welcome bclark! So glad that you found your way to this anxiety forum. It has helped me a ton and I've been able to make some good friends. It's a relief to know that there is someone where you can go to talk about things if for no other reason than to get it off your chest and know that SOMEONE out there knows how you feel and actaully can understand. Stick around I'm sure you'll feel at home here and will come to see that this is a friendly and safe place to talk. :)
