Sotting in car again.

Can't seem to go IN the gym. I come here til I see my husband's car pull in and I leave. It's kind if to the point that the fun reminds me of happier times and now I don't want those memories.

I'm trying to walk in now just to use the bathroom and my stomach is thumping and I'm scared n

Well mostly it's my depression not caring about weight lifting. But my husband and I used to work out together here. Now we come separately and when I walk in here it's stressful remembering happier times. I hold onto those kinda of memories.

I should add that I did come twice last week and it felt good working out and it was fun watching him out of the corner if my eye lol. But in stuck again.
