How often do you use your Benzos?

When I had them I used them very sparingly. First time they worked the other 6 they didn't. Never bothered with them since. They should only be used short term though, as with any drug because it simply won't cure you, just mask symptoms.

It varies and bit but at times a few times a week to going over a month or longer without. Alankay

I'm scared to death to use them cause my sic would only give me 30 .5s and no refills. And it was a struggle getting that. I will use sleeping pills instead.

I've used about 40 pills in the last 2 years. I take anywhere from .5 to 2mg(1-4 pills) of lorazapam at a time. It works well but I don't want to get addicted to them.
